That the introduction of the Rapid Response (Fast Track) Procedure set out in Appendix A of the Report presented that allows for the immediate suspension or revocation of a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle driver’s licence where it is considered necessary and appropriate in the interest of public safety be approved.
