The following declarations were noted:

Councillors Carl Macey, Danny Brookes and Mark Dannatt asked that it be noted that in respect of Minute No.26, Cultural Development Fund - Round 3, that they all had businesses in Skegness and advised that they would not take part in the discussion or voting thereon.

Following clarification from the Monitoring Officer, Councillors Carl Macey, Danny Brookes and Mark Dannatt advised that they would withdraw from the Meeting.

N.B.  Councillors Carl Macey, Danny Brookes and Mark Dannatt left the Meeting at 6.42pm.
