To consider excluding the public and press for the following items and if appropriate the Chairman to move:-

That under Section 100(a)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item on the grounds that, if they were present, there could be disclosed to them exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act (as amended).

To confirm the Open and Exempt Minutes of the Meeting held on 5^th November 2025 and the Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting held on 25^th November 2025.

To consider approval to update the Counter Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Policy for the Council and align the document across the Partnership.

To consider information relating to the Council’s performance and risk at the end of Quarter 2 – 2025/26 (as at 30 September 2025).

To consider the Council Tax Support Scheme 2026/27.

To report on the Council’s Finances as at the end of Quarter 2 - 2025/26.

To seek Member approval to introduce a new updated version of the Contract Procedure Rules.
