That Councillor D.R. Edginton be elected as Chairman of the Employment Committee for this meeting only.

At this point in the meeting Members were invited to declare any relevant interests.  Councillor Anderson declared a personal interest in respect of Minute Number 21, due to being a member of the GMB Union and remained in the meeting during discussion and voting thereon.
