Application for Review of a Premises Licence: PDF 222 KB Report of the Community Safety Manager. Additional documents:
Minutes: The Principal Licensing Officer introduced his report and advised the Sub Committee Members that this was an application for a review of a premises licence submitted by Lincolnshire Police in respect of San Rufo’s Restaurant, 185 Roman Bank, Skegness, PE25 1SD. Members recalled that previously the application had been adjourned at a meeting held on the 20th September to allow ample time for the Police to respond to a statement submitted by an individual who worked at the premises. The Principal Licensing Officer advised that Lincolnshire Police and the premises licence holder had agreed a way forward in relation to matters identified in the review application, this included an amendment to the licence conditions and a temporary suspension of licensable activities at the premise. The Principal Licensing Officer advised that the new licence conditions would be attached to the premises licence by way of a licence variation application submitted by the premises licence holder. It was noted that the variation application was granted on 18 January 2022. The Committee was now being asked to endorse the way forward agreed between the Police and the premises licence holder in order to bring an end to the review process. The Chairman thanked the Principal Licensing Officer for his report and asked Members whether they had any questions. One Member proposed that the Meeting move into exempt session as he had questions regarding the exempt information provided. This was agreed by the Members, the Chairman read the exclusion clause and the meeting went into exempt session at 13.15 hours. |
