To consider the introduction of the Rapid Response (Fast Track) Procedure set out in Appendix A to the report presented.

That the introduction of the Rapid Response (Fast Track) Procedure set out in Appendix A of the Report presented that allows for the immediate suspension or revocation of a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle driver’s licence where it is considered necessary and appropriate in the interest of public safety be approved.

To consider the delegation of a supplementary waste collection service.

1.     That the delegation of the executive function for the provision of a      supplementary waste collection in Mablethorpe to Lincolnshire County         Council, at the location set out in Appendix A be approved;

2.    That the delegation the signing of the agreement with Lincolnshire     County Council to Assistant Director (place) be approved.
