General Licensing Committee
Purpose of committee
The General Licensing Committee consists of 11 Councillors and is a regulatory committee, which has decision-making powers and reports to Council. The Committee deals with all aspects of local licensing for which the Council is responsible including the licensing of hackney carriages and private hire vehicles.
