Purpose of committee
The Licensing Act 2003 Committee exercises the functions of the Authority under the Licensing Act 2003. A sub-committee may be convened, consisting of 3 Members of the General Licensing Committee with the purpose of considering functions or decisions within the Licensing Act 2003.
